Mandolinist for nonpareil Americana band Amy Gallatin & Stillwaters, JD Williams has an impeccable musical pedigree. His father is Roger Williams (top-notch resophonic guitarist/ singer/ composer) and his paternal grandmother is the late Gerry Lee (veteran country singer/ guitarist - 1923-2008).

Clean and precise, JD's style incorporates elemets of jazz and blues and draws on his classical training to create a melodic counterpart to his solid rhythm.
